Dear Sir or Madam,
on Thursday, 29/04/2010 between 4.00am and 9.00am internal maintenance works are due.
Your product which is administrated at your customer is affected by this.
Within the mentioned time frame the server will not be available for approx. 60 minutes.
The maintenance works will have effect on the operating system which will be updated and which will change versions.
Usually, no adaptations should be necessary as the new versions mainly contain bugfixes, only few changes are due.
We are anxious to complete the maintenance works as fast as possible.
